The premium location of our luxury Villa in Legacy Villas provides the ultimate in privacy and tranquility. Nestled against the Santa Rosa mountains, the Townhome features 2 outdoor living spaces with stunning views that are perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The spacious main floor patio has a lounge and dining area that includes a sofa, 2 chairs with ottomans, dining table and BBQ. The second floor deck provides a second lounge area with a loveseat, coffee table and chairs.
Inside you will find our Townhome Villa to be exceptionally well-appointed. The main floor of the 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom Villa features an open layout with a living room, dining room, eating bar, kitchen, laundry room and bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, gas range, built-in microwave and comes stocked with kitchen accessories for the avid chef. The living area includes a 52 inch Smart flat screen TV, a Bose iPod speaker station and an Apple TV.
The main floor King Master suite has a fireplace, luxurious bedding and large ensuite that includes a double vanity, soaker tub and separate shower. On the upper floor there is a second King Master Suite with an ensuite, and a third bedroom with a single and double bed and ensuite. All of the bedrooms have Smart flat screen TVs, hotel bedding and ceiling fans.
For the convenience of our guests, we offer free local and long distance within the United States and Canada, as well as wireless Internet. From board games to pool toys, coolers, cruiser bikes and much more, you will find this Villa has everything you need at your home away from home; all you need to do is put your feet up and relax.
